The evening was deliberately kept close-knit. Only a select circle of invited guests — interior designers, studio principals, and creative professionals from some of Jakarta’s most respected names — gathered in the warmly lit showroom.

Cowema Studio was honoured to be among them, represented by Fadhila (Interior Designer) and Ridha (Product Designer). Who could be seen deep in conversation with Ms. Siska, naturally settling into the Gianduiotto sofa itself. It was the perfect demonstration of the piece’s standout feature: both the backrest and armrests can be freely repositioned, adapting effortlessly to however you choose to sit — a rare gesture of freedom at this level of craftsmanship.

Another space showcased the L’èclair sofa, clean and confident, accompanied by U’Strozz, crafted from leftover production materials — a meaningful nod to sustainability that doesn’t compromise a single degree of quality.
Macarons
There’s a wonderfully human story behind some of these pieces. Calia Italia’s designer has a deep fondness for chocolate and macarons — and that affection found its way directly into the designs. Gianduiotto takes its name from the beloved Italian chocolate from Turin, while Macarons captures the soft, rounded playfulness of the French confection. It’s exactly the kind of detail that transforms furniture into something worth talking about.
Fox Trot Relax
The most show-stopping piece of the evening may have been the Fox Trot Relax — a recliner that extends fully and electrically, allowing the user to stretch out in effortless, premium style.
Talkshow
The evening’s talkshow gave the event genuine depth. Adding to the exclusivity, Calia Italia’s Asia marketing representative was present in person, sharing the brand’s philosophy and vision directly with guests.
