Indonesian Architects Week is a collateral event of the triennial World Congress of Architects under the International Union of Architects (UIA). It has been successfully held in Tokyo (2011), Seoul (2017), and remotely in Rio De Janeiro (2021), showcasing curated works from Indonesian architects. In 2024, the event returns in Kuala Lumpur, coinciding with the UIA International Forum in November. The aim is to promote Indonesian architects internationally, inspire innovation, and strengthen ties with the global architecture community. The 2024 theme is "Equatorial Synaesthesia," exploring sensory harmony and spatial perception.
